After a thousand years of captivity, Heihu the demon has escaped from his magic prison. He has possessed Dadamei, a young farm girl, and under this appearance has gathered around him a gang of heinous outlaws: the Black-Foxes… Heihu and his hordes wreak terror throughout the province of Henan; they plan to soon spread their tyranny to all of China and then the world… The Wuzangs (warrior knights) of Shaolin battle this scourge as best they can. However, Sanzang, the Grand Master, knows that only the current reincarnations of the three legendary heroes of Shaolin can overcome the demon and send him back to his prison. The Grand Master therefore begins his quest for the three. To his surprise, he discovers that the saviours of prophecy are mere children: a girl Hua and two boys, Tang and Cheng.
