Long-time nurse Anna, 54, has just passed her medical exam and is about to realize her dream of opening her own medical practice in an idyllic lakeside town. But just as she's about to sign the contract to take over the town physician's practice, the doctor dies - leaving her in a clinch with the authorities. They are in favor of Dr. Wolf, who wants to turn the practice into a wellness clinic that will hopefully draw well-heeled guests to the town. But Anna isn't about to give up ...
