Alaska State Troopers motto is ‘First Response in the Last Frontier’. These troopers serve as the primary law enforcement agency for a very large portion of Alaska. When an emergency or crime occurs, they are the first to respond. With 50 percent of the population spread throughout the open frontier and back-up hours away, they have to be ready for anything.
