Before “King Kong”, before “Jurassic Park”, there was Arthur Conan Doyle's novel “The Lost World”. Inspired by this classic, a team of modern day adventurers treks into the summit of Roraima-Tepui. This elevated plain includes the triple border point of Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana and is still an untouched wilderness. Certainly, there are no dinosaurs like in Doyle’s novel, but along the way, the scientists encounter dangerous animals and explore native legends of flying reptiles and ape-men.
